Deep Clean of Kitchen Includes:
- Wipe and sanitize surfaces
- Sweep/vacuum and mop floors
- Vacuum/shake out any carpets
- Wipe and Clean glass on patio doors if applicable
- Wipe window sills
- Wipe down outside of all appliances (large and small)
- Clean stove top
- Wipe and sanitize sink
- Wipe and sanitize all handles, light switches
- Wipe down table legs and chairs
- Remove garbage and replace bag
Living Room
( includes family room, bonus rooms or rec rooms)
- Dust and wipe all surfaces
- Clean mirrors and any glass
- Dust furniture, pictures etc
- Wipe window sills
- Vacuum carpets
- Mop floors
Bathroom Deep Clean
- Wipe, wash and sanitize all countertops,
- Scrub and sanitize tub, shower, and toilets including all fixtures.
- clean exterior of cabinets & drawers
- Windows wipe down the sill and interior glass
- Vacuuming and mopping the floor
HOUSE CLEANING
Each package is priced by the hour, with $10-$25 added on top for supplies etc (depending on size of home and amount of time spent). Depending on your location mileage fees may also be applied to final cost. Extras can be added to any package. We require that all areas be clutter free so as to be able to spend our time on the actual cleaning of your house and give you the best possible service for your money.
Standard Clean
$35/hr
STANDARD PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Dusting of furniture & picture frames & any art.
- Wipe down & sanitize all surfaces
- Wipe down, shine and polish all mirror, glass, stainless steel and chrome.
- Vacuum floors, carpets and rugs
- Mop all hard floors throughout the house
- Take out all garbages & replace bags
Premium Clean
$42/hr
PREMIUM PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Dusting of all furniture, pictures, art
- Wipe down & sanitize all surfaces
- Wipe, shine and polish all mirror, glass, stainless steel and chrome
- Windows done including panes, sill, tracks and frame
- Spot wash walls, doors and frames
- Sanitize all door knobs , light switches and high touch points
- Vacuum all floors, carpets and rugs. Including under couches and chairs. Spot clean if necessary.
Inside Out Cleans
Starting at 35/hr
INSIDE OUT CLEAN:
choose from the following options
• Inside & outside of all Kitchen appliances
(fridge, oven & microwave). Wiped out, cleaned and sanitized -please ensure fridge has been cleared of old food, empty containers etc.
- Inside & outside of all small Kitchen appliances (air fryer, toaster, coffee machine, etc). Wiped out, cleaned and sanitized
- Inside & outside of all Kitchen drawers and cabinets Wiped out, cleaned and sanitized
- Inside & outside of all Bathroom drawers and cabinets
Spring Yard Cleanup
Starting at $150 (dependant upon size of yard
- Hand raking of leaves and debris + bagging (will be put in your green bins)
- Aeration and overseeding of lawn
- Garden bed Clean-up
A follow up appointment is always recommended to fertilize lawn/garden approx. 2 weeks following any aeration
